Who we help

Different businesses, the same kind of admin.

Every business is different, but the admin that eats into the week is often similar. Pick the one closest to yours to see what we usually automate.

Not on the list? Get in touch anyway. The audit works the same way for most small businesses.

The problem

Good businesses, buried in admin.

Most small businesses lose hours every week to tasks that are necessary but repetitive. They rarely need the owner, yet they keep landing on the owner's desk.

  • Following up quotes and enquiriesQuotes go quiet and enquiries wait too long for a reply, because there's never a spare minute to chase them.
  • Chasing what you're owedUnpaid invoices, missing paperwork and forms, and keeping track of who has sent what.
  • Reminders and bookingsAppointments, renewals, services and deadlines, remembered across lots of customers.
  • Inbox adminSorting, forwarding, and answering the same handful of questions again and again.
  • Keeping everything up to dateYour website, your records and your customer lists all drift out of date unless someone keeps on top of them.
What we automate

The repetitive work, taken off your desk.

We use proven automation tools and smart assistants inside the systems you already use. Nothing flashy, just admin that gets done on time.

Quote and enquiry follow-ups

Timely replies and friendly follow-ups, which stop as soon as the customer gets back to you.

Customer reminders

Bookings, renewals, services and deadlines, sent only to the people who still need them.

Chasing invoices and paperwork

Polite, timed reminders for unpaid invoices and missing documents.

Inbox triage

Incoming emails sorted, summarised and routed, with draft replies ready to review.

Status tracking

A simple, up-to-date view of what's waiting, what's outstanding and what's done.

Everyday admin

Internal reminders, meeting notes and the small jobs that quietly eat into the week.

How it works

Four calm steps, no disruption.

Audit

We look at how your business runs today and find the admin worth automating first.

Build & test

We build inside your own accounts and test everything with dummy data before it touches a real customer.

Go live

We switch on in stages, with you checking each step. You approve anything customer-facing.

Ongoing support

We monitor, adjust and improve each month, and send you a plain-English report.

FAQ

Questions people ask us.

Do we need to change our software?

Usually not. We work with the tools you already use, such as your existing email (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) and your job, practice or stock system where it allows. The audit will confirm what fits.

Is my business too small for this?

Not usually. If you or your team spend a few hours a week on the same admin, there's often something worth automating. If there isn't, the audit will say so.

Will customers know they're getting automated messages?

Messages are written in your voice and sent from your own accounts. For anything personal or sensitive, you approve each message before it goes out.

Is this "AI"?

Partly. Most of what we build is dependable rule-based automation that does the same steps every time. Where it helps, we add smart assistants for things like drafting replies, always with a person checking the result.

What happens if something goes wrong?

We test everything with dummy data before go-live, switch on in stages, and monitor afterwards. If something misbehaves, we can pause it straight away while we fix it.

Can we cancel?

Yes. After the initial term, monthly plans are rolling. If you leave, the automations stay in your accounts, and we hand over notes on how they work.

How long does setup take?

A Starter workflow is typically live within two to three weeks of the audit. Larger packages are phased over a few weeks, so nothing changes all at once.
